The Luxembourgish real estate investment firm, Firce Capital, launches its second luxury residential promotion in Spain with the development of an exclusive gated community of 15 villas in the center of Marbella.
Warren Buffett believes in La Costa del Sol too. The finance tycoon bought this summer, through his real estate agency Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, the Marbella agency of luxury residential properties Value Added Property. He is far from being the only international investor to believe in the potential of Marbella.
